Re: "Are you logging in using different device or in a different location?"
No, as I stated in my original post: All action, all log-ins are from me, my estimator (desktop, in the aforementioned location), my IP address. There is no "unusual activity".
03/02/2017: Update: Continuing to receive the same emails (between 3:00-4:00 am every morn); now seven days in a row. And once over again, at that place has been no "unusual sign-in action" whatsoever showing on my account.

But I still fail to see why any of the questions/measures utilise to my state of affairs when Microsoft's "Review recent activity" log shows no "unusual sign-in activity" whatsoever. There are approximately xx sessions showing on my activity log currently, and anybody single one of them shows them to be: my computer, my IP accost, my location, my operating system, my browser; all at times of the mean solar day when I was on my reckoner...
And then unless Microsoft's "Review contempo activity" page is inaccurate, where on earth is the "unusual sign-in activity" and why am I getting daily emails alerting me to something, that according to Microsoft's "recent activity" log, does not exist?
Cheers for your continued help/efforts,
SR

Hello Kerwin,
Mystery solved. Apparently we take two MSFT accounts, i associated with an older Hotmail address. After logging in nether the older business relationship this forenoon, I did in fact run across the "unusual sign-in activity", which I take been receiving the daily emails about. This activity was definitely not me and I have subsequently re-set up my password on that older business relationship. I assume that volition resolve the problem and the emails will now stop.
Also, FYI: The "unusual activeness" log on the older account showed: The "sessions" to be "automatic-syncs" and an IP address that was definitely not mine. And, though the log showed the location to be "unavailable", a quick Google search showed the IP address to exist a UK IP address. In fact, the site I looked at (if reliable), showed information technology to exist a UK Ministry of Defence force IP address. What on world?
Thanks for post-obit up.

I got the same message a couple of days ago and went to my business relationship from Settings-Accounts.
Mine showed someone in Australia and interacted, in some manner, with my account. Could possibly have been a mispelled account accost or some other innocent mistake.
They appear to be increasing the security for these accounts so mayhap even the alarm is an attempt to become you to update your password and other info as well every bit allow them to text your smart phone for confirmations of activity.
